Wash Fox’s smart, state-of-the-art Namaste solar array is a 67.5 kW system with 180 solar panels at each of our two Denver area locations. This sustainable energy will generate the energy equivalent of 12.6 tons of coal each year between Wash Fox Thornton & Wash Fox Commerce City.
As a result of our commitment to solar energy, the amount of CO 2 released each year at our two Wash Fox locations will be reduced by 128 tons. That’s the same amount of CO 2 that is sequestered by 200 acres of forest (2,538 trees), or that is created by driving 380,854 vehicle miles each year!
And our commitment to energy efficiency extends well past solar energy. We use the most energy-efficient equipment we can find, including extensive use of motors with energy-preserving variable frequency drives (VFDs).

Saving Water is Essential
Our state-of-the-art water reclamation system reuses water. By choosing reclamation, we reduce water waste while continuing to guarantee only the highest quality wash to you, our valued customers. Our system allows us to reuse about 80% of our water. It also removes contaminants such as oils, grease, brake dust, and heavy metals like copper, nickel, and zinc that accumulate on cars, stopping them from entering the storm drains and preventing damage to our local ecosystems.
