We’re a fast-paced environment, and we rarely have any dull moments. We’re always busy, and there’s always something to do. One minute you might be helping a customer, and then you could be shoveling snow the next (depending on the weather, of course).
While compensation starts at $14 per hour, we do offer opportunities for employees to earn extra. We have a commission pay structure based on sales and operational performance, meaning that employees earn more when their contributions help the wash perform better and when they sell an Unlimited Wash Club membership to a customer.
It’s why one of the qualities we look for in new team members is an outgoing attitude. As a customer-focused car wash, we’re always ready to serve our customers, whether it’s selling them a package, helping them operate the automatic pay station, or answering questions.
